Cayman Islands Residents

If you are a resident of the Cayman Islands, your marriage will be performed under the authority of the Banns of Marriage. To qualify as a resident for marriage purposes, you must have lived in the Cayman Islands for more than 15 days.

Banns of Marriage

The Banns of Marriage must be posted for seven days before your wedding ceremony. We'll guide you through the process and arrange the posting of the Banns on your behalf, making one less thing for you to worry about.
